As the event host, please know that you hold the responsibility for all guests on the property during your booking. Ensuring all attendees adhere to the rules and leave the space in its original condition is part of this responsibility. Our aim is to make your event flawless and enjoyable for everyone, and to avoid any hiccups, it's crucial to ensure all guests are aware of and follow the rules.

There are 3 parking spots in the driveway, and 5 parking spots in front of the house. We encourage guests to carpool whenever feasible. It's essential to avoid blocking any driveways and obstructing the sidewalk. Additionally, we kindly request that there be no congregating in the front driveway or in front of the house before, during, or after the booking. All guests must vacate the entire property by the end of the reservation time. Your cooperation is greatly appreciated.

Please consider the setup time when making your booking, as we cannot guarantee setup time beyond the reserved time-frame. Typically, allowing setup time beyond the booking duration can impact our cleaning schedule, other bookings, and, importantly, is not covered by Swimply Insurance. For larger events or event packages, we can offer a discounted rate for setup. Please keep in mind that this is our family's space, and early setup subtracts from our opportunity to enjoy the space ourselves. Your understanding in this matter is greatly appreciated. Help us keep the pool area tidy by cleaning up any trash or belongings before leaving. All our guests get 5 ⭐️ reviews for helping out. 

Extending your reservation on the day of your event is subject to availability. To ensure we can accommodate your request, please provide us with as much advance notice as possible if you anticipate needing an extension. However, please be aware that if there is another booking scheduled immediately after yours, we may not be able to extend your reservation. We advise guests to book an adequate amount of time initially to avoid any inconvenience, as it's quite common for guests to request extensions due to underestimating their time needs.

 Please keep the pool area clean and free from any mess. 

We appreciate your understanding in maintaining a smoke-free environment for everyone's comfort.

Our pool tile area may be slippery at times, so we kindly ask that you refrain from running to ensure everyone's safety and prevent accidents. Please also wear flipflops/shoes as the tile can also be hot in the Arizona sun. Please be aware that there is no lifeguard on duty, so swimming is at your own risk. For the safety of children, it's essential to have a dedicated adult supervising them at all times. Your vigilance helps create a secure and enjoyable environment for everyone.

There is an upper deck area for any glass/mixing drinks. Only cans and plastic cups are permitted on the lower deck and pool area. 

Please be considerate by avoiding blocking driveways and keeping the volume of music at reasonable levels. 

Parents and guardians must stay on-site with children under 18. 

Swim diapers are required for children not yet potty trained. There is a restroom just inside the house, please leave the pee for the toilet. All guests will be greeted and given a brief tour of the property.
